<div><p><span lang="EN-US">1.      </span><span lang="EN-US">To manage the whole Production Unit comprising of at least 3500 farmers to ensure Better Cotton Production.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">2.      </span><span lang="EN-US">Participate in training delivered by BCI accredited trainer and attend any subsequent refresher training.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">3.      </span><span lang="EN-US">Coordinate the Internal Management System</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">4.      </span><span lang="EN-US">Prior to the growing season, conduct a number of awareness raising training meetings on the issues of sustainability in the cotton sector and the requirements of the Better Cotton Standard System.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">5.      </span><span lang="EN-US">Develop necessary training material for local farming community</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">6.      </span><span lang="EN-US"> To participate in the activities to establish direct contacts with the ultimate beneficiaries and get feed-back for possible outcomes</span></p></div>
