13 Years working experience in Mechanical Field as a Quality Inspector, Sub Engineer and Manager Quality Assurance. During this period, I learned drawing study, inspection of different type of tractor and motorcycle parts as per drawing, generating different documents (PQCT, PQS, OPS, Check Sheets, etc.), system evaluation, working alone and with team, running a department, managing manpower, time study, cost saving, analyzing problems using QC tools, problem handling, taking countermeasures, calibration (jigs, gauges and instruments), development of jigs and gauges. I am also well known to the computer and working on MS office.

While working of 13 year I have performed following responsibilities:
Lead the quality assurance and quality control department of the company.
Organize the Quality education manual and training of QA/QC team.
Clarify the roles and responsibilities of QA & QC team.
Develop and implement the rule route for quality improvement and ensure it is well known by QA/QC team.
Ensure defect items have the centralized control and implementation history is recorded.
In case of any anomaly or breakdown in company, implementation the correction action system and forms.
Review the recurrence prevention, and able to make it horizontal development, also feedback to new models and the other processes as well.
In case of the specifications change, to clarify the rule route and transmit it to the related person.
Ensure all the things are verified when the design change is there, like standard documents and analyze the inspection results regularly.
Develop PQCT, OPS, SOPs as per customer drawing and ensuring process capability is aggregated / accumulated on daily basis; also reviewing standards are implemented, on periodically basis.
To organize and ensure rule & route is available for IPP control.
Plan, schedule and conduct calibration of Inspection jigs, gauges, fixtures and instruments in all departments.
Ensure the final inspection (PDI) as per drawing and customer requirements.
Respond to customer complaints, analyzing the problems and taking countermeasures.
Implementation and recording of the countermeasures.
To organize operational training through OPS.
To ensure new person training period is clarified and organizing a special training for the work efficiency UP, if required.
Carrying out the internal audit (QAV-1)
Scheduling and carrying out, each parts audit as per drawing, regularly.
Implement and maintain the 5S activities in each department.
