I have Worked as COMMUNITY EDUCATION PROMOTER in a UNICEF based Project under the supervision of Directorate of Education Government of Baluchistan Pakistan. following were my role and responsibilties.
Prepare School Development (SDP) to improve the wash facilities in the schools.
Construction of wash rooms. provision of water connection under the project of SDP.
Orgaization of Training Session on Health and Hygiene to PTSMC and Students.
Develop sustained linkages between school and community in focused schools and provide training to PTSMCs and LECs on agreed roles and responsibilities to promote local actions for school Prepare school visit and LEC and PTSMC meeting reports based on planned project activities. Strategies, achievements, constraints and actions taken at quarterly and annual basis. Regularly monitor ALP centers and provide support to local community to bring awareness about Education.
Conduct Real Time School Monitoring Visits during year,
Organize and support in conduct of District Education Group (DEG) meetings/meeting minutes” Compilation.
· Identify & assess target beneficiaries for IGGs, TVET, ALNS & CIF through Poverty Score Card as Baseline at FU level.
· Ensure record of identified beneficiaries at FU, respective Cis & beneficiaries’ level.
· CIF Officer will compile monthly and quarterly reports against the work plan and submit the reports to the livelihood Coordinator at HO along with means of verifications.
· Conduct monthly meetings with CRPs & CBKs, review their progress against their work plans and share with Livelihood Coordinators and submit requests of their monthly stipends to FU in charge.
· Ensure disbursement of CIF to respective beneficiaries with support of Qarz committee and CBK.
· Ensure recovery of CIF loan through CBKs on monthly basis.
Data collection from field along with other team.
Visited multiple Union Councils for data collection.
Conducted Poverty Score card survey (PSC).
Visited house hold survey for data collection.
Data collected for identifying and analyzing of poor families.
Directly sent data though ODK on MIS directly.

· Record the information of refusals on log sheet and submit to supervisor, Proper fill hard forms sheets/questionnaires,Proper coding on questionnaires, Properly review/fill checklist, Record reasoning of replaced villages and Error must be avoided.

Engaged in Admin, IT and operation sections of all departments.
Responsible to collect the primary and secondary data and be a part of base line surveys i.e. KAP/Rapid assessment/ PSC in the targeted UCs of the program areas and keep record (both hard and soft) at FU level.
Responsible for the Social Mobilization process at FU level and focused UCs for the formulation of COs, VOs and LSOs including inclusion of women, disable, youth members as well as minorities in these CIs.
Collect relevant documents from CIs for account opening and registration with Govt department as per prescribe formats.
Ensure provision of specific record and relevant training to CIs.
Responsible to ensure minimum standard saving at CO level.
Take lead role in organizing trainings, sessions, recreational activities, Exposures, campaigns, walk and community meetings.
Facilitate and provide support to the CO, VO and LSO to develop MIPs, VDPs and UCDPs, through participatory approach and incorporate the women needs in these development plans.
Keep all relevant record as a custodian in soft and hard at FU and CIs level for all conducted activities/sessions/trainings/meetings etc.
Prepare and develop individual and CRPs monthly/weekly/daily diary, work plans and reports (narrative and statistical both).
