As a Lead Health Visitor in drought-affected communities, responsibilities include advocating for community health, promoting education, and advancing site-appropriate agriculture. Focus on maternal and child health, nutrition improvement, and water sanitation initiatives. As a Lady Health Visitor (LHV) in communities, i was involved in health awarness and education, antenatal and postnatal care, child health services, family planning, disease prevention, and health promotion, helath club formation. also played role in referrals, maintain records, and intervene during emergency.. They advocate for improved healthcare and empower communities for active participation in their well-being.
