 Supervise the Construction activities of all type of Infrastructural works i.e. Roads, Sewerage, Water Supply (Under Ground & Overhead Water Tanks), Retaining Structures, Bridges, Culverts and Causeways at Mumtaz City, IBD.
 To review the Design as per Building Codes, Construction Drawings, Cost Estimates of Residential & as well as Commercial Plots (Approx. 5000 Plots consisting of Houses, Shops, Shopping Centres & Apartments)
 Implementation of Building by Laws as approved by RDA
 Monitor and evaluate the site works by ensuring Quality & Quantity as per Construction Designs/Drawings & Specs.
 To prepare and maintain a monthly record project wise, in tracking sheets with respect to submitted construction activities at site

2.I have experience of more than 9 years withERRA(Prime Minister's Office Public) in Infrastructure Development works, Building Works, Roads and Bridges, Water supply Schemes and water Dams, Sewerage Treatment Plants, Project Management, Contract Management ( FIDIC), Monitoring and Evaluation, Planning and Execution, Preparation of PC-Is, Tendering and Bidding Documents,Financial phasing,Claims etc in mega projects in Earthquake Affected areas of Pakistan in KPK and AJK.

3. Moreover I have also experience in dealing with Consultants i.e. M/s NESPAK, PEPAC, Allied Consultants etc and Contractors both local and as well as International Contractors i.e. CXB, CWE,SAMBO as Client being Govt of Pakistan. Furthermore, it is also informed that i have good experience to deal withMinistryof Planning and Development, Minsitryof EAD and Ministry of Financefor approval of the Projects, Budget and PC-Is.
