As a Intern at Wartsila Pakistan Pvt. Ltd I developed the basic understanding of Wartsila W 18V 50 DF Engine & 18V 48 single fuel engine. I had the oportunity to see the maintenance of Lucky cement Engine heads which were brought to wartsila for maintenance purpose.
I also saw different Techniques which were used for maintenance like lapping, Bluing Test, Pressure Test, Fuel Pump Testing etc.
I saw wartsila patent products like rotocap, Exhaust gate valve and many more.
cleared many concepts on the training Engine of Wartsila by watching each and every component physically.

As an intern, I mainly worked on Solidworks. I was assigned tasks which I needed to complete and report to my supervisor. At first some simple task were given but after the tasks difficulty was increased and I developed many projects realated to CAD improving my designing skills to the next level.

As an intern, I saw how manufacturing of different components is done on CNC\'s. I also had the oportunity to work on simpe lathe machine, and performed some basic operations like centre drilling,Facing,Turning and many more.
I also worked on CREO software for a while and developed some basic understanding of the software. I learned how a CAD model is inserted into CREO software and its G-Codes were developed which were later entered into the CNC\'s machine.
The CNC\'s which were present there were of MAZAK company which is famous for its high standard machines.
