My name is Allahdad, and I am a graduate of the University of Sindh Jamshoro, where I earned a degree in Social Science. Throughout my academic journey, I actively engaged in various social initiatives, including organizing awareness-raising seminars and workshops, as well as leading fundraising campaigns to support marginalized communities.
Since beginning my professional career in 2020, I have worked in the development sector with various organizations in roles such as Social Mobilizer and Hygiene Promoter. I have also contributed to emergency response efforts in different districts of Sindh, assisting flood-affected communities.
Currently, I am employed with Community World Service Asia (CWSA), where I continue to pursue my passion for social development and community support
Key Responsibilities:
1.Supporting in the planning, monitoring and implementation of project activities of assigned project.
2.Ensure strong documentation and timely reporting of project. Providing support in preparing training reports, stories of change and other project related documentation when required.
3.Collecting, managing, and maintaining of project data in both soft and hard copies in a timely manner.
4.Close coordination and follow up with project participants & stakeholders; other projects and departments within the organization.
5.Supporting in formation of community structures (Community Groups, Steering committees and Theatre Groups).
6.Mobilization and selection of target participants for trainings/workshops/activities.
7.Conducting quarterly combine meetings and monthly meetings of community groups and steering committees with community mobilizers.
8.Facilitating and supporting consultant to conduct theatre group rehearsals.
9.Supporting Gender forum meetings on quarterly basis, inform members from community.
10.Coordination with Community Groups, steering committees and theatre groups to ensure quality implementation and output in relation to agreed objectives
11.Supporting theater groups to conduct theatre performances at village level.
12.Supporting CLOs for mobilization and selection of target participants for trainings/workshops/activities.
13.Supporting CLOs to organizing awareness raising events/seminars at District level.
14.Developing case stories and assist Project manager in project updates for visibility and communication purposes.
15.Following M&E system and procedure.
16.Ability to travel on short-notice.
17. Conduct focus group discussion (FGDs) with community groups .
18.Conduct Key Information Interviews with local government officials social activists.
19.Engage in project baseline activities.
20.Area assessment village identification.
21.Document the community based observations.
22.Support theatre Consultant and organized theatre activities at Village Level.
Assist senior staff in work planning and door to door surveys at all levels.
Create awareness of project aim and objectives in the communities
Motivate community people through orientation sessions and project briefs.
Responsible for reporting and maintaining the record updated on daily basis.
Good in communication and flexible, able to present organization on different platforms.
As team member, skills to motivate the community people and team members to develop project activities, planning and reporting.
Identification and involvement of the vulnerable groups and families in the project planning and implementation.
Facilitate the IEC material distribution among the communities
Any other activity assigned by senior staff.
