Inpection of double mixer 3cubic meter concrete  batching plant and it's calibration after every 3 months.

Fresh concrete testing and casting of cylinderical specimens as well as testing of hard concrete for compressive strength.

Aggregate quality testing as per ASTM Standards and project specifications.

Cement testing for fineness and setting times,also to cast the 50mm cubes for compressive strength.

Testing of clayey material for rockfill dam core.

Deformed and plain steel testing for its yield and tensile strength with its deformation requirements according to ASTM A615.

Updating and presenting daily and monthly testing progress reports to Resident Engineer.

Assisting Materials Engineer to establish concrete mix designs of different strengths and workabilities.

Field testing for dam foundation grouting like density and viscosity of cementitious grouts and field density tests for different  layers of embankment compaction.

Coordinate with contractor representative to efficiently solve the issues regarding materials,if any.

To watch and inspect the construction and assure that it is done in full accordance with the drawings and specifications.
o Review shop drawings of equipment to be installed to assure the equipment meets or exceeds the specifications (often done with the project engineer).
o Meet with the general contractor to keep the project on time and on budget.
o Prepare weekly and monthly look ahead Schedules.
o Coordination with other Sub-contractor and client to highlights interface to decrees resource wastage and boost up progress.
o Update Overall project status for latest forecast.
o Prepare the Measurement Book (M.B) According to the rate of schedule and project specifications.

o Coordinate at site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives
o Set out, level and survey the site
o Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
o Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
o Liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws
o Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
o Plan the work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
o Prepare reports as required
o Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
