Performs blood tests to include complete blood counts and differential counts
Ensures proper disposal of blood specimen per HCWM guidelines
Information about Microscopy Examination Micro Biology,Bio Chemistry,Hemotology, Eliza micro Palate Reader washer
Develop, maintain, and update HR reports as well as provide timely information to Head of Lab when and where required
Maintain and update employee database
Performs biochemical lab tests to include serum cretinine, blood glucose, liver function tests, Billirubin, urea, etc.
Control testing to be done per protocol regularly
Disposes of specimen properly per HCWM guideline
Employee strength report, employee leaves report, monthly recruitment activity report, etc.
Prepare Monthly Salary sheet put up Note Sheet.
Maintain the insurance data of all Lab Equipments receive and provide follow up on the issues
Reports results to patients or appropriate staff member within MSF health facility ASAP
Makes complete and accurate entries of all laboratory tests performed in the appropriate registration books
Completes all necessary accurate recording of consumption data and submit to MTL.
Completes records for quality control as instructed by Country Lab Manager
Submits monthly Standard Indicator Reports (SIR) to Country Lab Manager
