Process of EOBI Registration Online.
Preparation of notification for the finance department regarding new appointments, deductions, refunds, increments, change of designations, resignations, terminations and all other salary related issues.
Checking attendance of more than 600 employees at the end of the month.
Working on HRMIS (Human Resource Management System)
Dealing employees with any salary related queries.
Recruitment and Selection,
Verify the replacement in requisition form and keeping complete record of requisition forms
