Dealing employees with any salary related queries.

Verify the replacement in requisition form and keeping complete record of requisition forms
Working on HRMIS (Human Resource Management System)
Making internal and external Advertisement for the job openings in the hospital
Screening candidates Cvs from Job Portal/ CV Bank
Short-listing of candidates CVs with the consent of HoD
Arranging interviews with the consent of interview panel
Doing proper documentation for interview
Managing resume and short-listing candidates for interviews.
Making list of selected candidates and also keeping record of rejected employees
Assigning codes to newly hired employee(s)
Maintaining Personal Files of staff

Giving Orientation on the hospitals policy to newly inducted employees.
Giving Orientation on dress code and communication to the hospitals employees
