I am a passionate, knowledgeable, and field-experienced Social Mobilizer, committed to creating meaningful and lasting change within communities. I have hands-on experience working with rural populations in areas such as agriculture, livestock, kitchen gardening, health, and nutrition. I have directly engaged with marginalized groups—including smallholder farmers, women-headed households, and persons with disabilities—to ensure their active participation in project activities aimed at improving their lives.
My core strengths lie in mobilizing communities, identifying and registering eligible beneficiaries, and reactivating or forming Community Organizations to enhance ownership and sustainability of interventions. I work closely with local populations to sensitize them about project objectives, criteria, and entitlements using participatory and inclusive approaches.
A major part of my work includes conducting SBCC (Social and Behaviour Change Communication) sessions. These are focused awareness efforts aimed at helping individuals adopt healthier and more informed behaviors. I have conducted SBCC sessions with pregnant and lactating women, adolescent girls, and caregivers to promote topics like balanced nutrition, immunization, personal hygiene, and antenatal care. Through these efforts, I strive to foster lasting behavioral change that benefits individuals, families, and the broader community.
I uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability in all aspects of my work. I am skilled in maintaining accurate documentation, field reports, attendance records, and feedback collection. I also support complaint response mechanisms by respectfully gathering community feedback and ensuring timely referral and follow-up.
I believe true change doesn’t just come from plans or funding—it begins when people are informed, empowered, and actively involved. With this belief, I dedicate myself every day to being a bridge between communities and opportunity.
