Working as District Program Coordinator with Medical Emergency Resilience Foundation at Zhob in Benazir Nashunama Program to look after the registration, Mobilization and Social and behaviour change communication SBCC component. The programme provides conditional cash transfers and specialized nutritious food to beneficiaries, promoting health and nutrition during the critical first 1,000 days of a child's life.
Worked as District Program Coordinator with Medical Emergency Resilience Foundation at Pishin in Integrated Nutrition Program. I managed a team of more then 50 employees, achieved all the indicators and ensured effective and efficient implementation of project activities in the district according to the organization's goals and objectives. Monitored the execution of projects and programs on the ground, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards set by World food program and UNICEF.
