Working as District Program Coordinator with Medical Emergency Resilience Foundation at Zhob in Benazir Nashunama Program to look after the registration, Mobilization and Social and behaviour change communication SBCC component. The programme provides conditional cash transfers and specialized nutritious food to beneficiaries, promoting health and nutrition during the critical first 1,000 days of a child's life.

Worked as District Program Coordinator with Medical Emergency Resilience Foundation at Pishin in Integrated Nutrition Program. I managed a team of more then 50 employees, achieved all the indicators and ensured effective and efficient implementation of project activities in the district according to the organization's goals and objectives. Monitored the execution of projects and programs on the ground, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards set by World food program and UNICEF.
Key Accomplishments

Pishin was the only district among all the districts of INR that achieved all the indicators set by UNICEF.
Successfully trained more 250 Health professionals (LHWs, CMWs and LHSs) and engaged them in program activities. 
Screened more than 140,000 children for screening purpose by outreah teams. 
Refered more than 1000 bisp beneficiaries to FC cemters (Highest refered cases among all BNP districts)

Assumed and maintained liability for collecting key data, analyzing performance, and delivering progress report to the management regularly. Offered direction, guidelines, and technical oversight to the staff and beneficiaries at the facilitation center. Created and retained weekly and monthly work plans for social mobilization teams in each tehsil.

Achieved bottom-line results by overseeing and managing all operations and activities of FC-DHQ Pishin, encompassing four Tehsils to ensure seamless and efficient work flow.
Ensured accuracy of information by gathering and updating key beneficiary data in the DHIS system.
Built synergies with WFP district and provincial teams to facilitate smooth coordination and collaboration.
Identified areas of improvement and conducted training to staff of the facilitation center to improve efficiency.

Formulated various reports, such as monthly indicator, quality learning through evaluations, monitoring, researches, partner’s visits, and accountability system to track progress against key indicators. Led the integration of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) issues into the project. Recorded project activities to ensure accurate record-keeping for future reference and reporting purposes.

Designed and delivered effective solutions to enhance implementation quality to recognize implementation gaps in liaison with various stakeholders.
Built synergies with the Field Coordinator and MEAL & IM Officer to examine weekly/monthly data submissions from partner teams, such as MEAL plans and project achievement tools and ensure data accuracy.
Facilitated the project team in examining incoming information and delivering guidance on tools and strategies to enhance data logging, entry, and processing, and ensure completeness.

Led the training of a team of fresh graduates to develop their research skills for the entry into academia. Created, maintained, and delivered progress reports to the University and funding agency. Played a key role in overseeing the project funded by the Population Council and UNFPA. Facilitated students and researchers in overseeing various projects to complete thesis.

Led a high-performing team of enumerators and research assistants to administer research activities and accomplish objectives through strict conformance to the organization policies.
Initiated a research paper focusing on the analysis of health facilities for Afghan refugees in Baluchistan as well as conducted an assessment of existing status to propose future plans and policy recommendations.

Facilitated a focused group discussion (FGD) at BUITEMS Quetta and summarized the outcomes for analysis.
Gathered data from diverse stakeholders and the general public, ensuring inclusive data collection for the project.
Utilized SPSS, a data analysis tool to perform descriptive analysis and enhance the quality of research findings.
