Plan field visits, maintaining log dashboards of each routine task or visit for the
inspection and to conduct capacity building, awareness and advocacy sessions under
the supervision of manager project and MEAL specialist.
 Working on data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis, data visualization,
representation and dissemination.
 Tracing the activities according to the M&E plan and recommended Log framework
and share progress report and timely verification of the sources/means of verification
MoVs against each indicator through indicators tracking sheet or any other tool. .
 Preparation of mentoring & evaluation reports, presentations, assessing and an
analysis reports on the basis of the Pre-Post Test training of participants.
 Monitored all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the
project output and updating Indicators Tracking Sheets on monthly basis.
 Designing of drafts M&E plan and forms to monitor the activities monitor and evaluate
overall progress on achievement of results, the sustainability of the project's & results.
 Follow up with program team and the actions planned by them and strengthen
monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures.
 Assisting the M&E Specialist in preparing reports and correspondence relevant to the
project.
 Conduct meetings and debriefing sessions with the Program Manager, M&E Specialist
record minutes of the meeting.
 Maintain and compile the monthly and quarterly progress reports
 Identify and document success stories and case studies on key aspects of the project.
 Support the M&E Specialist in the collection of additional information from the field if
and when required and to travel regional offices for data validation
 Assist the project personnel with M&E tools and in supporting them in their use.
 Measurable Outputs and Performance Indicators and generate monthly MIS reports.
 Assist the Project Manager in preparing other relevant reports and organize and
conduct training on M&E/MIS for project and government staff.
 Assist Project Manager in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned
from project innovations.
 Provide input and update information related to project outcome in TRDP and WHH
ProMIS .
 Prepared Issues Log and Risk Log for the project i.e. Complaint Resolution Mechanism -
CRM

Data Collection from Community Health Supervisor (CHS), Community as per assigned
clusters and mapping.
 Maintaining the database of covered clusters and uncovered cluster according of
measures nutritional deficiencies in community i.e. Children, Mother (PLW, LW) and
referrals of patient to health facilities units.
 Maintain the record of nutritional supplements , procurement and warehousing and
storage
 Generate progress reports monthly, staff wise cluster wise, distribution of nutritional
supplement wise.
 Data Visualization, Presentation and provide technical assistance.
