Monitoring and supervision of daily work (Team Monitoring, Supervisor Monitoring and Work Flow Monitoring Clusters).
Prepare MicroPlans for Campaign (OPV, TCV, MR, COVID-19).
Conducting different social mobilization activities in pre-campaign phase like corner meetings with community influencers, social workers, religious personalities & conducting community engagement sessions as well to reduce the misconception of vaccines from the community.
UC level data collection and compilation on key indicators to generate pre, intra and post campaign report.
Collate and analyze campaign data as per senior management requirement
Conducting on the job training to UC level staff on Inter personal communication & reportining tools
