• Responsible for supporting flood affected families particularly having family members with disability, orphan and widow women to help their families to bring them back from trauma to normal lives through provision of cash assistance to fulfill their protection needs.
• Report and record Child protection, GBV cases and give priority to the families having children with special needs in the household.
• Critically assess and follow-up the Complaint Redressal Mechanism with special focus on child protection and GBV related complaints and feedback.
• To extend regular support to M&E in conducting different research studies including post distribution monitoring.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of community mobilizers, IYCF Promoters, and community Nutrition Volunteers.
• Ensure comprehensive health checks, accurate clinical diagnosis, and timely treatment according to established protocols, including identification of complications and referrals.
• Oversee the provision of effective IYCF services, community sensitization, and promotion of program objectives to stimulate understanding and participation among the target population.
• Provide feedback to enhance program coverage and impact.

• Conduct baseline and midline surveys, and implement social mobilization activities in villages, mosques, and schools to raise awareness on proper latrine usage and hygiene practices.
• Build capacity of community structures, including Community Resource Persons (CRPs), Village Sanitation Committees (VSCs), and Women Support Groups (WSGs), to promote sustainable hygiene practices.
• Implement community-led initiatives, such as village cleanup campaigns, hygiene awareness sessions, and distribution of hygiene kits.

• Conducted social mobilization, baseline activities, and FGDs to achieve project milestones, and provided training and development programs to enhance community engagement.
• Collaborated with EPI coordinators to improve immunization outreach, discussed strategies for enhancing communication efforts, and conducted community engagement activities to increase awareness and participation.
• Implemented health and nutrition education sessions on topics such as hygiene, infection prevention, menstrual hygiene management, and immunization, and conducted nutritional screening for children, pregnant women, and lactating mothers.
• Managed and reported on CMAM programs, including SFP and OTP, ensured timely immunization, and submitted regular reports to facilitate program improvement and strengthening.

• Coordinate and supervise academic activities at the field level, ensuring implementation of curriculum and academic plans.
• Provide technical support and guidance to teachers, instructors, or field staff on academic matters, and conduct regular monitoring and evaluation.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local educational institutions, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance academic programs and promote community engagement.
