Serving as Project Coordinator at Taraqee Foundation, I am leading the Pakistan Youth Leadership Initiative an innovative program supported by WaterAid, focused on promoting sustainable WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) practices and building climate resilience in Quetta. My responsibilities include end-to-end project planning, stakeholder coordination, and the implementation of youth-led, community-driven solutions to address local WASH challenges. I directly manage a team of 10–15 members, ensuring smooth execution of activities, capacity-building workshops, and field-based interventions. I also oversee monitoring and evaluation efforts to track progress and impact, while maintaining strong partnerships with government bodies, local communities, and development stakeholders. Through this role, I am committed to fostering sustainable change and empowering young leaders to take ownership of their environment and health.
Implemented the UN Women-supported project titled CSOs Engagement for Promoting Rule of Law, Legal Literacy, and Women’s Access to Justice in Balochistan.
Coordinated with stakeholders, including judiciary, police, health, media, and civil society organizations, to address gender-based violence (GBV) and enhance women’s access to justice.
Organized workshops, awareness sessions, and theater performances to promote legal literacy and community engagement.
Established district networks to identify GBV cases and facilitated the provision of legal and psychological aid to victims.
Played a key role in capacity building and advocacy efforts to strengthen legal aid mechanisms and rule of law in targeted districts.
