I am mid-level program implementation team player, having total four years working experience of social mobilizing, project planning and implementation. I performed the mentioned role in different organizations. Along with academic qualifications I enhanced my capacity through different trainings, sessions and on a job assignments. Areas of my competences are village profiling, household survey, focus group discussions, project field planning, project implementation and monitoring of field activities to ensure programming qualities.

Social Mobilizer
I was the part o project as a social mobilizer. It was based on the EPI, my work was to mobilize the people or communities who were refusal to allow teams in their villages for the polio campagains. I used to convince the people about the profits of polio drops & international support regarding the project by WHO side.
Researcher
The research work was based on two tribes conflict. About 50 persons were killed in that feud just because of a small problems, which was resolved laterly but it was too late as both the tribes had suffered alot financially & physically as well. The conflict had influential in the surround & then after many more conflict arose after getting negative inspiration from that conflict.
