I am currently serving as a Livelihood Officer at Secours Islamique France (SIF) Mission Pakistan with a strong background in project implementation and execution and community development. I successfully led the "Connecting Communities 2.0" project in Lyari, Karachi, funded by Young Cities Fellowship Program by (Institute of Strategic Dialogue) from 2022-2023.
I am proficient in survey research, stakeholder coordination, and project management. I demonstrated commitment to social change through youth facilitation and women's empowerment initiatives. I have a proven record of delivering results, including successful fundraising campaigns for COVID-19 relief and flood victims. I have remained an active participant in youth conferences, fellowships, and awareness campaigns.
As the field coordinator-Livelihood Officer for Livelihood projects in Lasbela, Balochistan, I am responsible for overseeing the project's on-site implementation and managing ongoing livelihood activities and team management. My duties include coordinating field visits, assisting with documentation, organizing training and distribution events, ensuring quality assurance, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, submitting regular reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Tasks
I develop project plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and schedule meetings, and also act as a central point of contact, prepare status reports, and ensure effective communication. Moreover, monitor resource allocation and budget, optimizing both for project success.
Overseeing both communications and social media for humara Lyari Film festival that empowers young artists to showcase the depth of Lyari\\\'s culture, art, sports, food, heroes, and more. Our commitment lies in championing diversity, telling these stories through the creative lens of celebration.
I took on the role of a Co-Trainer, assisting the main trainer in the Stories by Women initiative, which focused on women creating 15 community-based documentaries to promote female empowerment and highlight women's involvement within their communities. My duties involved extensive daily reporting and producing weekly and monthly reports to track progress and results systematically.
I successfully completed a six-month Fellowship program named Champions of Change, which was conducted in partnership between FESF and the University of Karachi. During this program, I took the lead in a project titled "Women in Sports - Identifying Challenges and Opportunities," focusing on the issues faced by female athletes and the available opportunities in Sindh and Balochistan.
During my time at Sadiq Public School, I had the honor of serving as a dedicated teacher for a total of six years. For three years, I had the privilege of nurturing young minds as a Montessori or playgroup teacher, laying the foundation for their educational journey. In my fourth year, I transitioned to the role of an English primary teacher. These years of teaching were not just a profession but a passion, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have contributed to the growth and education of the students at Sadiq Public School.
