Ms. Kokab is a Management Executive at AWF (Pvt) Ltd. Currently, she is working as the project manager for the project of Enterprise Development through Digital Marketing, funded by British Asian Trust and Citi Foundation. She has recently facilitated the training on Small Business Skill Development as a Technical Trainer with two batches of community members, especially females, in the areas of business and business development, marketing, and financial management from Sialkot City. The focus was to capacitate the participants to initiate small businesses in their communities to start/ increase their earnings in order to improve their livelihood resilience. She was the data collection specialist for the project of Market Assessment for Power to Youth by Shirakat, funded by EU.
She is alos the project manager for technical support to the Ministry of Climate Change on the Clean Green Pakistan Index (CGPI) and Clean Green Champions Program(CGCP). Her key job discretion in this role includes data management and support service for the monthly reporting of participating 90 cities across Punjab. She is also responsible to conduct the data analysis, weight-base indicator scoring, and ranking of cities. Besides this, she is also providing data management and activity reporting services to the CGPC programme with an enrollment of more than 125,000 volunteers across the country.
She had been working on engaging schools during the COVID-19 pandemic as part of the wider CGPI project, designed and implemented by AWF (Pvt) Ltd a flagship initiative of the Ministry of Climate Change. Under this project, she provided technical guidance and support in establishing WASH Clubs inside the schools, designed and developed applicable tools and messages to promote MHM, and delivered training packages to relevant partners and organizations. Ms. Kokab has also given training across Pakistan to various government departments as part of the CGPI. Moreover, she has also prepared content and animations that were part of the CGPI. The animated content proved vital in educating and promoting the SOPs concerning the pandemic for teachers and students. She has also participated in private school teachers and staff training and contributed significantly to making long-term private school strategies. Ms. Kokab brings 10 years of experience with her to AWF (Pvt) Ltd. Previously, she worked as a training specialist, a counselor, and an education consultant content developer for over seven years. These include government and privately funded projects, such as the ILM2, a U.K. aid-funded project. Ms. Kokab worked in a short-term consultancy program by UNOPS as a master trainer, working with various government sector employees. MS. Kokab holds double Masters in Women and Gender Studies and also in Applied Psychology from Allama Iqbal Open University and Punjab University respectively.

Prior to joining TeleTaleem, I have worked as a Montessori Section Head in Latif Foundation Trust and as a consultant to train different private school teacher on ECE. Now, I am responsible for TeleTaleem’s online teachers training which is been conducted in different districts of Punjab and KPK. I am passionately working to develop Numeracy and Science content, videos, teachers guide and Numeracy and Science Question bank to train and access different teachers and transform their mathematical andscience teaching towards the updated numeracy and scientific skills. Along with this, I am also working on EGRA (Early grade reading assessment) and EGMA (Early grade math assessment) tool to develop Formative Assessment which is based on National Curriculum of Pakistan. This standardized assessment practice has also been implemented in the field to evaluate and analyze the reading and mathematical skills of a child. I am also responsible for the training of Science teachers under Public School Support System.
