·         To conduct/assist in baseline survey/assessment as per project requirements
·         To organized the community/project beneficiaries in appropriate form of organization (CO/VO)
·         To ensure community participation in the overall implementation process
·         To mobilize communities to attend hygiene session
·         To mobile the communities/project beneficiaries to participate in all project training/session and other activities
·         To assess & register the flood affected HHs as per criteria for provision of agriculture package, livestock package, kitchen gardening tool kit for livelihoods recovery etc.
·         To distribute the agricultural package, livestock package, kitchen gardening tool kit among the most registered HHs as per criteria and get acknowledgement.
·         To assist communities in identification of appropriate location's for rehabilitation/installation of hand pumps/water point's/, resilient latrines and hand washing facilities in project area.
·         To assist communities identification of appropriate location's for rehabilitation of water supply scheme.
·         To assist the CP-team for establishment and orientation of community-based protection group's, children clubs.
·         To assist the CP-team for organizing the training of CPGs and also support to CP-team for organizing training and refreshers of child club's.
·         To assist the CP-team for community awareness session on CP Risk Mitigation and prevention action plan.
·         To assist in organizing the celebration of international days on child Rights Day, Hand washing Day , Mental Health Day in CFS and community.
·         To register the flood affected HHs as per criteria for construction/rehabilitation of resilient House's for extremely vulnerable households.
·         To participate in all project related induction workshops and in other meetings.
·         To distribute of IEC material to protect beneficiaries as per criteria.
·         To conduct/assist in and line survey/assessment as per project requirements.
·         To maintain all relevant record in appropriate manner as per the project requirements.
·         To take all measures to complete the project targets with given time.
·         Perform any other project related tasks assigned by supervisor.

·         Data collection from intervention and control group beneficiaries
·         Regular Field visits

·         Survey on Polio Program.
·         Supportive Supervision of Trainings at Uc Level and Campaign activities.
·          Social Mobilization  for Polio Program at Schools, Masjids and Community levels.
·         Coordination with Teams, Supervisor & Coordinator.
·         Daily field visits.
·         Taking Clusters Door to Door Data Collection of Hoses, Children, check the work of Teams.
·         Record checking (Soft & Hard)
·         Submit data (Soft & Hard) to Supervisor
·         Ensure every HH in survey/ data collection as per directed by the supervisor
