§ Preparing and filing tax returns and work papers for companies, partnerships,
NGO and individuals.
§ Ensure compliance with all local and national laws by determining the tax
amounts due and preparing and filing of annual returns.
§ Consulting with clients, reviewing their tax information, and responding to
questions and concerns.
§ Advising clients about tax liabilities and other tax-related matters
§ Collaborate with team members in communicating tax strategies to coworkers
in other departments of firms.

§ Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, holding of Annual General Meeting, Trademark, dissolution of companies, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, opening bank accounts and change of signatories, etc.
