Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures
Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output;
Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results;
Monitor the sustainability of the project’s results;
Conduct capacity assessment on existing monitoring and evaluation system
Develop indicators and a monitoring strategy for the project;
Recommend further improvement of the logical framework;
Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success;
Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, annual and other reports to Project Management Team
Participate in annual project reviews and planning workshops and assist the Project Manager in preparing relevant reports;
Support monitoring and evaluation of the effects and impact of the project;
Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project strategies and activities;
Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks;
Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities.

Ensure equity and inclusion in all project activities. Organize effective PRA in Community and ensure to achieve the Open defecation free status in targeted Village and Sustain the position as a ODF. Organize Hygiene Sessions in Communities with full participation and knowledge. Organize Street theatres in Community. Conduct monitoring through Donor monitoring tools and report to Social Mobilization Officer. Formation of Village committees and WASH Club in Schools. Having good experience working with school children. Organize trainings sessions for CRP, VCs and LSOs etc in Community. Organize Events in Community (Seminar, Mela, WASH Days etc) Organize training sessions for school teachers. Able to solve the conflict in Communities. Ability to observe and analyse social indicators Willingness to undertake further training offered by and required by the program To ensure appropriate filing system, and documentation at each level. Supervision of capacity building session in Community. Supervision of Advocacy Activities in Community. Main Duties and Responsibilities Introduce clear concept of the project and its interventions, beside this also introduce TRDP. Responsible to mobilize target communities for their involvement in project activities and facilitate the community in the formation of CO, VO & ensuring their roles and responsibilities. To mobilize Committees for the effective use of the community resources and process of beneficiarys identification and final selection as per agreed criteria in approved proposal. Identify and verify beneficiaries with consultation of VO/CO members for different Project activities. To maintain proper record keeping of the project activities during the implementation of the project. Interact and close contacts with community leaders, volunteers, and activists. Share the details of CRM at field level and address the complaints of the beneficiaries. To deal with the community as a front line contact and provide full support during trainings and sessions for smooth implementation of the project activities To deliver the trainings and sessions in targeted communities and facilitate the gender mainstreaming in all the activities at field level. To participate in project review and planning meetings and sharing learnings/gaps and feedback regularly on project activities. Ensure documentation/Files at Village and Office level of all activities. Maintained daily field visit diaries submit to supervisor Any other task assigned by Project Manager/Field Coordinator
