Mr. Iftikhar Hussain is an admin and logistics professional with an experience of around 3 years in the non-profit sector. He is young and energetic professional with sounds skills of administration, procurements, logitical arrangements, stock management, fleet management, safety & security, HR and compliance.
Under the supervision of Admin & Logistics Coordinator - Dadu, Mr. Iftikhar is responsible to lead overall operations and management of district warehouse. The specific responsibilities are as follows;
- Maintain all record of the warehouse
- Provide supervisory support to warehouse staff
- Maintain Stock registers of warehouse
- Lookafter the transport, loading and unloading of the stocks
- Maintain inward and outward register
- Upkeep the maintenance and upgradation of warehouse
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
Under the supervision of Admin & Finance Manager, Mr. Iftikhar was responsible for overall logistical management of the office in Hyderabad. The main responsibilities are as follows:
- Prepare procurement plans and monitor their progress
- Raise request for quotations and lead procurement process
- Issue work/supply orders to vendors
- Fleet management for the head office
- Upkeep maintenance of office assets, machinery and equipment including IT
- Prepare monthly stock reports
- Manage and supervise the operations and maintenance of warehouse
- Train the support staff and drivers on their roles and responsbilities
- Organize events in office and outstation
- Provide support to programme staff in raising requests and plans for the implementation of various activities
- Adhere to the organizational policies for the proper compliance
- Any other duties as asigned by the Admin & Finance Manager
