Key Responsibilities
1. *Community Engagement*: Build relationships with community leaders, members, and other stakeholders to promote project goals and objectives.
2. *Social Mobilization*: Mobilize communities to take action on specific social issues, such as education, health, or environmental conservation.
3. *Awareness Raising*: Organize awareness-raising campaigns, events, and activities to educate communities about project goals and objectives.
4. *Capacity Building*: Provide training and capacity-building support to community members, leaders, and other stakeholders.
5. *Partnership Building*: Develop and maintain partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

 Organizing village level events for improving education ratio of area.
 Encouraging community for enrolling children.
 Sensitizing community to take ownership steps for creating educational environment.
 Regular liaising with community/Area/Village for promoting education.
 Taking initiatives for annual enrollment campaign events.
 Identifying OOSC and taking initiative for enrolling.
 Organizing data of OOSC at village level.
 Coordination with PTSMC local Education Council and school administration to reform
the structure for Reactivation.
 Creating additional groups (VEG) in communities.
 Liaising with formal and no-formal Schools and recording data enrollment or dropout.
 Provide support in arranging organizing events/meetings in Villages.
 Provide support for holding meeting with Government of area.
 Participation or Representation at local level meetings and events.
 Any other relevant business guided by supervisor.
