I have started my professional working experience in 2007 and area of expertise were Business Development and HR Administrator/ policy designing and implementation, conflict management, organizational behavior and implementing and measuring positive outcomes in employee's performance.

I also worked as a "Visiting faculty member", International Islamic University, Islamabad. Taught “Oral Communication and Presentation Skills” to BBA Students.
I have served a USA based company as "Virtual Asst. Manager", Recruitment & Admin from 2014 to 2016.
Skills set and Expertise:
- Candidate screening and coordination.
- HR Coordination, preparation of performance appraisals.
- Assisting policy designing, managing extracurricular activities.
- Providing post-hiring candidate’s assistance through company’s introduction, assigning logins to web-based work management and CRM tools.
- MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Researching and presenting different web-based software that can assist/ benefit the company’s management to run their operations more efficiently and smoothly including (Workflowy, DeDoose, HubStaff, Trello board etc.)
