This includes defining project objectives, creating project schedules and budgets, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.3. Work with the maintenance team to develop and implement budget and cost control strategies to ensure all maintenance and project activities are completed within budget.4. Oversee the selection and management of vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that all maintenance and project activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.5.
