JOB SUMMARY:
Deep Coordination with DSC / Operations / IT / Sales & Accounts team, the HUB Supervisor position is in functional to responsible all HUB operations related activities being held in HUB. such as day to day sales Vs Operations activities and achievements.
Major Responsibilities:
• Planning, Reporting and analysis of operational activities
• Running the Hub program instructed by the Hub Manager
• Do problem solving of each unit in Hub
• Improve the ability of each work units in carrying out their duties and responsibilities
• Responsible for the infrastructure in the work unit
• Responsible to create service excellence and achievement of operational based on KPI & SOP.
• Parcels on time deliveries / on time Collection.

• Management of technical equipment’s placed in Operations / Warehouse.

• Monitoring / Maintain QSR (Quality Service Report).
