Oversee and execute comprehensive contractual procurement procedures in accordance with FIDIC Conditions of Contract (Parts 1 & 2), PPRA Rules 2004, and PEC Guidelines.
Manage all pre-contract and post-contract matters for contract agreements, ensuring that all communications and actions comply with the approved project procedures and policies.
