I have experience in training, monitoring, and administration. I have three years of Monitoring/MEAL experience and an overall experience of 4 years. During my stay with the Shifa Foundation UNICEF Integrated Flood Response & WFP Benazir Nahonuma Program, I have been involved in two programs related to Nutrition, and Gender Based Violence. I have been engaged in Community mobilization, organization, capacity-building training in the field, field monitoring visits, and preparing reports.
As the District Data Officer in the Benazir Nashunoma Programme, which is funded by the World Food Programme (WFP), my job descriptions were as follows:
Identifying and resolving discrepancies in data. Ensuring proper use of Information Management tools. On-job training for teams when needed. Supporting Provincial Monitoring & Evaluation Officer in preparation of reports. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights. Maintain data reporting systems and databases. Generate regular reports, update dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data effectively. collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely and relevant reports. Monitor data quality and resolve any discrepancies or errors. Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis.
As M&E Officer Benazir Nahonuma Program funded by the UN-World Food Program (WFP), my job descriptions were as follows:
Will develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection, and evaluation procedures for the project.
Monitor all project activities, distributions, beneficiary identification process, use of SNF, and progress towards achieving the project targets.
Recommend further improvement of service delivery.
Develop monitoring and impact indicators for the project's success.
Provide feedback to the District Coordinator on project strategies and activities.
Suggest strategies to the District Coordinator/Provincial Manager for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks.
Assist in coordinating across the available components of the project to ensure the effective implementation of Monitoring & Evaluation.
Assist the project personnel with Monitoring & Evaluation tools and in supporting them in their use.

Engaging community members in various project-related activities, ensuring that activities are implemented appropriately.
Contribute to the design and implementation of outreach activities, i.e., free medical camps, and provide timely inputs to the project team.
Keep the community updated and involved in the project and its planned activities.
Consistently collect data on activities implemented and attendance, recording attendance of women and girls and submitting weekly reports.
Screen for and monitor risks to women and girls in and around the friendly space center and report it to the psychologist.
Regularly conduct meetings with the communities in assigned areas.
Support psychologists in mapping service providers to establish district-based referral mechanisms.
Run awareness-raising campaigns in communities.
Ensure that the GBV cases are identified from communities and Friendly space centers and are reported to caseworkers for further case management.
Develop and submit progress reports to the Program officer.
Served as Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at Integrated Flood Respons on nutrition funded by UNICEF in district Naseerabad Balochistan. Paying field monitoring visits on 9 outreach teams, writing minutes of meetings, preparing monthly and weekly work plans, writing Monthly Progress reports, and facilitating monitoring and guest visits in the district were roles and responsibilities.
The project was based on the subject of child protection and Gender-Based Violence. Child abuse, child labor, and Gender-Based acts of violence are common practices in the district of Jafferabad Balochistan. Team Sahil played a crucial role in giving awareness to the community about the terms Child Protection, Child Abuse, and Gender-Based Violence. Despite the taboos and stigma, we registered the cases of child abuse and GBV.
