are
Manage and support, Operations of Electronic Security (Burglary Alarm System - BAS) & It's Monitoring operations.
Coordinate & correspondence with Corporate and individual clients.
Plan, manage & coordinate with Security personnel/Quick Response Force, Control room Monitoring Staff, Technical Team, Warehouse inventory management and Sales team.
Execute Installations of Burglary Alarm System and its related devices & draw layout security plan/map, to secure client's premises and as per client's requirement.
Manage GPS Tracking system, team and it's Operations, generation and submission of Guard Patrolling Tracking reports for the business premises and sensitive installations of our Corporate clients nationwide.
Investigate, Prepare, review and submission of Incident reports to the clients & coordinate with Law Enforcement Agencies.
Plan for staff recruitment requirements, induction and continuation of training.
Maintain & Develop business relationship with the Corporate clients mainly with leading Banks and Telecom sector of Pakistan, and also with individual clients, which includes
Regular client visits, to ensure provide all kind of Security Solutions
Risk assessments.
Followup with technical teams regarding Client's Complaints and other related technical issues.
Estimation, Costing & preparing Quotations.
Project execution of Burglary Alarm System & CCTV.
Issuing timely Invoices to the Customers.
Payments followup & coordinate with Finance department.
Feasibility planning for on-going and new business.
As the role of Assistant Manager Security Operations, my main responsibilities to Manage Security related matters quires & complaints of customers regarding Security Alarm system and Quick Response Force. Manage, mobilise & deployment of Response Force Security personnel, Track the performance of Control room monitoring/CCTV staff to ensure the quick, smart & alert performance towards customer satisfaction & handle technical team to resolve customers complaints regarding Security Alarm system, CCTV/DVR issues, Bio-metric Access Control, Walk-through Gates etc.
