Updating Job Descriptions and also drafting SOP\'s and Process Maps
Preparing, Analyzing and Comparing Weekly/Monthly reports and managing HR Dashboard
Handling employees grievances and mediating/resolving conflicts
Record keeping of all documents and files updates
