• Current Assignment, working as In-charge Data Centre Ensuring 24/7 availability of Datacenter related services, resource scheduling for best team coordination and maximum output.
• Mikrotik router CCR1036-12G-4S installation and configuration, implementation of VPN, bandwidth tree implementation.
• Desktop Support for WAN servers and services, 500 Mb Link bandwidth optimal utilization testing and support, 150 Mb backup testing and support.
• Infrastructure and desktop support for all desktop servers including Cu online, digital library server, repository server, student facilitation server, VPN server, admin apps server, DNS servers, bandwidth management server, Wi-Fi hotspots, blade servers and alert servers.
• Installation and support for CISCO layer 3 and layer 2 devices C3560E, C3750X, C2960, core 4507 and 3800 series routers.
• Power balance of racks, support for ATS redundant power switches, Emerson ups, APC and maestro ups.
