Work with structural engineers, architects, and interior designers to determine project specifications. Support relevant departments (e.g., administration  on regulatory issues.  Facilitate negotiations with key project stakeholders to resolve solvable issues.  Resource planning considering the nature and constraints of the project.<br/>Plan the construction process, schedule <br/>Support the supply chain department in the procurement of materials and equipment.<br/>Evaluate contractors from different disciplines (civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.) and involve them in project execution. Supervise construction operations and train field teams to ensure quality requirements are met. Development of a framework (progress tracking sheet) for robust project monitoring. Contractor invoice review and final approval as technical authority.  Evaluate construction progress and conduct monthly progress meetings for  project. Implementation of his QA/QC guidelines according to relevant standards. Create learning experience documentation for completed projects to improve project management processes.  Work with structural engineers, architects, and interior designers to establish project specifications.
