Internship
During my internship at DG Khan Cement Company's Coal-Fired Power Plant (CFPP), I worked closely with the maintenance team during a critical plant shutdown. My responsibilities included hands-on involvement in the maintenance of the gear box of the coal mill, where I assisted in diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring optimal performance. I also participated in the maintenance of the main oil pump, where we replaced the impeller and conducted a full system check to restore operational efficiency. This experience enhanced my problem-solving skills, deepened my understanding of mechanical systems, and strengthened my ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while adhering to engineering standards.
