· Serving as Deputy Manager – ID (Institutional Development) (PMDFC) and also deputed as Deputy Program Officer - Institutional Strengthening for World Bank Funded “Punjab Cities Program” Implemented by LG&CD Department-GoPb and Executed by PMDFC.
· Providing support in all HR and Institutional Development/ Strengthening activities

· Managing and Coordinating; Smart Monitoring of Development Project (SMDP) portal to manage project activities including development & management of web based Task sheet, DLIs and Gantt Chart at SMDP
· Technical handler (PM Portal) regarding Pakistan Citizenship Portal- Prime Minister\'s Performance Delivery Unit (PMDU) for managing and coordinating all the activities for efficient management of citizens’ complaints and grievances.

Coordinated for organizing and participated in trainings regarding minorities registration issues and public service ethics.
· Successfully implemented a project (for combating COVID – 19) funded by GIZ (German Based Donor Company) including preparation of Project Proposal & budgetary planning, coordination with stakeholders, hiring of experts, conducted Citizen\'s Engagement Sessions & Training events in MCs and procurement of PPE kits & dissemination in participating MCs.
· Assisting in HR related activities i.e. recruitment and selection, Institutional Development, capacity building initiatives, Performance Management for Punjab Cities Program (World Bank funded) and GIZ Funded Programs, hiring of Consultants & Consultancy Firms, Compensation Management, Revision of HR Manual
· Providing Support in Development and Implementation of HRIS – going Paperless
· Provided support in recruitment activities (i.e. job design; job description & job specification) of different sections as per PC- I; job advertisement, shortlisting & evaluation, managing interviews and finalization of scoring sheets.
· Conducted Comprehensive HR Analysis of 16 MCs’ under PCP
· Providing assistance in hiring of Annual Performance Assessment (third party) firm and other consultancies, for ongoing Program (Terms of references (TORs), PC-IIs & EOIs, coordination with stakeholders and evaluation).
· Contribution in development of project proposals, budgetary planning, action plans, monitoring & evaluation plans & implementation of programs for different donor funded programs like GIZ, World Bank, SNG. Focusing on Result Based Monitoring.
· Developing Periodic Progress Reports and PMDFC Profile & Annual Reports, to share with stakeholders i.e. Secretary/DS/ AS LG&CDD, Chairman P&DD, World Bank, GIZ etc. (available on PMDFC Website)
· Organized & participated; various training sessions on Public Sector Procurement Management, Environment & Social Safeguards and E Governance Initiatives i.e. PMS, GRM and MC websites.
· Organized and overall coordinated to conduct conference on Infrastructure Initiatives for ongoing project “PCP” with Minister LG&CDD, MPAs, MNAs and senior officers of partner PCP MCs, also performed duty of stage secretary, prepared minutes & report and disseminated to concerned departments.
· Provided support senior management in development of PC-I of Punjab Cities Program (also at online dashboard developed by PITB, to prepare PC-I on SMDP portal) and revision of HR Manual.
· Coordinating; Development of IDAMP (Integrated Development & Asset Management Plan) for 16 MCs
· Conducting field visits to monitor the performance and administering the hands-on trainings.
· Developing Performance Improvement Plans by cross sectional analysis through E. Governance systems in specifically 16 program cities of Punjab for improved performance and enhance service delivery. Coordinating for upgradation of Performance Management System, Transformation of Complaint Tracking System into Grievance Redressal Management (implementation of Citizen’s APP), and MCs’ websites and updating the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) accordingly
· Conducting Training Need Assessments and development of training modules, activity scheduling and compilation of prerequisites in order to organize various orientation/ training sessions and finalizing the training reports
· Coordinating for the implementation of Right to Information and Transparency Act 2013, related to municipal service delivery.
· Conducted detailed gap analysis for Human Resource of partner MCs and suggesting measures
· Coordinated in the program of SNG (budget planning, implementation, execution, monitoring) for implementing the Citizen’s Corner (AAP KI RAAYE) in partner MCs.
· Suggested measures to re-align PMDFC governance initiatives as per PLGA 2013 & 2019 PLGO 2021.

· Being a team leader; Supervised and managed the employees of counseling department at all the north region campuses (30 campuses in Nos.) of KIPS
