10+ years of experience in development sector and 08 years specific to Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, I developed my capacity to design and implement, following areas are my set of skills but not limited to Project Design, Proposal Writing, Project Implementation,Report writing (preparation of Case Studies, Project Completion Reports, Annual Reports and Governance Model of Projects) design ME system, Goal Oriented Project Plannings, Surveys, Data Analysis, Activity wise budget, Girls Education.
As Regional Programme Manager (RPM), I was responsible for overseeing operation and implementation of different projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) region. As a research officer, I was responsible for overall research portfolio of women empowerment and protection project IRC Pakistan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Women empowerment, protection and youth friendly spaces for the internally displaced people at camp and host areas were the main part of the project. A research team head by me was working in the province to see sexual gender based violence among the displaced people especially women and young girls. The team was composed of 11 people and we conducted the survey by applying focus group discussion, individual interviews, case studies and training to the enumerators.

I worked with district office SRSP Charsadda in a capacity of M&E Officer in a livelihood project awarded by Australian Aid. For community development in the area, SRSP organized community organization, village development organization and Local support organization through which project was handed to the communities.

A research study was conducted to see how the govt. has compensated victims and what are their current needs. Whereas as Manager Operation, I was leading a project of irrigation and conducted a research study on canal irrigation system by involving farmers from the areas of D.I.Khan and Tank district.

In this capacity, I was responsible for implementing and monitoring of UN funded humanitarian response activities, mainly in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) sector in district Dera Ghazi Khan, Pakistan.

As M&E Officer, I was also assigned to monitor the progress of the emergency project and its reporting of the two-member rural support organizations, i.e, Balochistan Rural Support Organization and Sarhad Rural Support Programme, Pakistan.

Providing small loan through Community investment fund (CIF) to empower the women was the main idea behind the project. This was a pilot test in Pakistan and was successfully replicated in another part of Pakistan as well.
