I manage the entire merchandising job (BTL) or activity per client’s requirements and being solely responsible for its successful and efficient execution.
Receive customer request from the Marketing team.
Interact with the customer and discuss the exact requirement along with all details pertaining to the job.
Prepare a schedule or plan after discussion with the customer, detailing the requirements of the customer with specific timelines.
Hire temporary workers by using industry references for each specific project in different parts of the country.
Assist the marketing team in training and coaching these workers for effective job performance and achievement of targets.
Monitor and evaluate the workers to ensure adherence to the assigned task according to the training provided and within specified timelines.
Institute checks and balances in the monitoring system to ensure its smooth and effective implementation.
Provide regular feedback to the customer on the progress of the project.
Handle customer complaints and ensure that feedback is implemented and problems resolved in a timely fashion.
