Operations & Regulatory Affairs Responsibilities
• Deal all matters regarding PTA & PTCL.
• Deal all Interconnections with Mobile Companies.
• Deal with Govt. Departments (PHA, LDA.CDG) regarding permission for lay optical fiber cable.
• Maintain all PTCL Co-locations.
• Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and
secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
• Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery;
approving invoices.
• Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; establishing policies,
procedures, and work schedules.
• Management of billing and financial matters and its verifications (Accounts, Admin and Infrastructure)..
• Coordinate with Government all Departments (DCO Office & Mayor Office) regarding Permissions for lay Infrastructure in Lahore.
Administration Responsibilities :

• Review Planning and Daily task performance on a regular basis.
• Manage office Transport Vehicles and Cleaning Matters.
• Manage all Security Matters within Company and resolved all Securities issues within time line as given from
Management.
• Review Meetings with the different department’s heads such as Store, Purchasing, and QA for Maintenance, etc.
• Review daily reports for each city and compare actual performance with area goals.
• Keep under constant review complaints received from customers relating to product quality,.
