As a young energetic professional I have 14 years of managerial-cum-administrative work experience in academia and industry along with 16 years of formal education. As a pioneer, started career as a Content Analyst/Incharge in Content Management Department of NTS, where I served for 6 six years and proved myself in academic affairs and developed an operational paradigm. During so I also remained intact to serving as a visiting lecturer/ instructor in educational institutions. I served as a Program Manager for 3 years in Business Development/Promotion department with the aim to promote and diversify business portfolios of NTS Pakistan. In July 2016, I was promoted as a Deputy Director Academics & Secretariat in NTS Secretariat where I remained rigorously involved in administrative, academic and secretariat affairs. In October 2016, I was assigned the charge to establish the Procurement Department where I remained engaged in strategy & policy development and process implementation across the organization. During my service I have been actively engaged in diversified fora as a key player, trainer and facilitator and proved my professional expertise in different domains.
Developing and updating HR policies and practices.
Managing recruitments, capacity building, payroll and contract management.
Managing procurement, inventory, and all administrative affairs pretraining to office development.
Working closely with the other units to coordinate for procedural and quality standards and compliance for policy input.

Provision of academic and administrative input in conduct of Subject, Academic and VCs Conferences for formulation of testing & assessment products including NTS Graduate Assessment Test (GAT General & Subject) and National Aptitude Test (NAT), liaising with subject experts, resource academia and Committees in the field/subject relevant area to generate a pool of test experts, subject curricula and develop NTS testing & assessment products.
Event Management with regard to conduct of academic meetings for developing NTS test products and subject curricula.
Preparing Business Proposals, RFPs/ToRs, concept papers and write-ups for business development and promotional activities.
