I had the opportunity to lead the company as Senior Manager where I was responsible to manage all the departments reporting to me including | Finance | HR | Procurment | & | Sales & Marketing | Functions.
I have detailed experience in managing real estate developers office where I was managing land acquisition, approvals, JVs , project development and able to deliver the project.
Having the expertise in Finance over 10 years experience and managing different accounts and managed internal and external audits.
Being the project lead, I was responsible to manage all the operations of the company including | Accounts | Supply Chain | HR | Sales & Marketing | & | Developement|, All the heads were responsbile to report for their depatments and managing fuctions.
- Business Partnering with Engineering , Supply chain , Production and other departments under Works and solely responsible for planning and preparing
- Capital Expenditure budget and expanding complete support till Board approval
Exercising control by on-going monitoring over Capital Expenditure against their respective approved budgets for each department
- Liaising with Shipping, Supply Chain , Engineering & Project Engineering team for smooth operation regarding projects and plant import costing to ensure timely and accurate Capitalization with complete documentation trials
- Solely responsible for Capital Expenditure approval, Capitalization, Depreciation and Disposal matters of Fixed Assets
- Electricity bill costing from ICI Pakista PowerGen Limited ( 100% subsidiary of ICI Pakistan Ltd) to ICI Pakistan Ltd as well as associates companies
- Keep close relationship and liaising with Treasury department, Accounts Payable and Receivable department for timely delivery and smooth operations of Business Finance
- Managing Insurances with Corporate and Insurance companies for Business Assets i.e. Capital, Vehicle and other staff insurances
- Ensure compliance and company procedure of both Financials and Non Financials KPIs
• Preparing Capex budget for Polyester business
• Implementing, maintaining and monitoring of Capex budget
• Preparing costing of raw materials

• Preparing quarterly and monthly reporting to be submit to corporate reporting department
• Processing of A forms as per company Capex policy

• Monitoring budget as per approved and actual expenses
• Arranging timely capitalization and disposal for the business
• Arranging annual insurance for business, maintain data for insurance purpose for assets, vehicle and misc. policies.
- Managing Daily and Monthly Sales Plan, implementation of sales plan according to planning
- Handling Sales planning and monitoring sales Orders
- Having liaising with customers for timely managing Payments to ensure timely delivery of products
- Managing stock level for sales and feed the customer as per requirement approved by National Sales Manager
- Prepare monthly customer reconciliation, ensure all the balances as per agreed with customer
- Ensuring the implementation of company’s policies to meet the annual targets
- Play the supportive role with sales team to arrange their plans and organize their travel plan
- Compiling sales data for preparation of monthly reports.
