Supporting and participating in all recruitment Process
collecting applications, facilitating the candidate’s assessment (Written Test and Interview), sending reference checks, negotiation, offering an employment contract
Coordinate the administration of the Recruitment and Selection processes
Facilitate new employee information and maintenance to the Payroll Unit
Assist with the administration and maintenance of the staff performance review process.
Coordinate and maintain the Human Resources personnel filing systems
Communicate the outcome of the interview and process recruitment paperwork for Approval.
Send the reference check to ensure the successful candidate qualified for the role
Send job offer in verbal and written to successful and notify unsuccessful candidate
Meeting arrangements and preparation of meeting minutes.Performing multitasking.
Office administration.Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Organizing interviews and tests.
Preparing the contract papers and getting them signed as per instructions.
Maintain attendance and leave management system of employees.
Maintain a file of personal information of each employee.
Maintain filing systems in collaboration with other administrative staff and coordinate administrative workflow with other staff members.
Maintenance of office equipment.
Coordinate office management activities.
Arrange meetings and prepares agenda of meeting
