I am An MBA graduated from University of Sunderland United Kingdom and a senior banking professional, I am a passion-driven individual with a positive outlook towards life and focus on doing smart work. I had always been inclined toward gaining experiences from extracurricular activities as well and gained volunteering experiences in order to enlarge my awareness of the society I live in and of my surroundings. The professional experiences earned through a rigorous internship, Crew Trainee and Business Development Manager in challenging position have honed my problem solving abilities as well as enabled me to tackle issues of varying nature. To process & issue remittances instruments (Pay-orders, Payslip, Demand Draft, Online transactions)
To conduct periodic review of relevant GL Heads for balancing and reconciliation including (PO, DD, OBC, Lockers Time Deposits etc.)
Responding to customer queries w.r.t Products, Account Opening/formalities, KYC maintenance & Customer Due Diligence as per the Operations Manual
To ensure healthy coordination with internal and external stake holders (customers, peers, supervisors, auditors etc.)
Building and maintaining relationship with clients and key customer of organization.
Supervise customer services and respond to customer inquiries.
Performs research and analysis on specific issues, as required, and independently prepares non-routine letters and reports.
Attending meeting with clients on regular basis to build relationship with existing accounts holder.
Achieving client relationship targets as set by the Head of Department.
Oversees and administers day-to-day activities of the office.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
Analyze current and past expense budgets, sales, product deficiencies, and revenues, enables me to provide recommendations for the company’s growth and resolution of problems.
Engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for business.
