pI start working as Finance Officer from 27th January 2022 in HPD - Project Office Quetta in Qatar Charity.brBefore that, I worked as Finance Officer in International Catholic Migration Commission (ICMC) in UNHCR Education Project in KP from August 2019 to 30th Sept. 2021. brBefore that i was with International Rescue Committee - Pakistan Reading Project in Haripur district as District Admin Finance Officer from March 2018. Before that i was with SABAH Pakistan at Bahawalpur in the project of PSDF from October 2017 till February 2018. Before that i was working with SEBCON Pvt. Ltd. for the project of BISP at Haripur District from May 2017 to September 2017. Up till March 2017 from November 2010 i was with Sungi Development Foundation in different Locations (Rajanpur, Abbottabad and Haripur) on different designation in Admin Finance positions.There my Designation was Finance and Admin Officer from June 2013 to March 2017 at Zonal Office, Haripur, in which i deal with the project staff, Head Office Finance Admin Section and prepare the Financial Report for Donors as well as for Head Office and other admin related reports and performing tasks. Beside that Payroll, Income Tax, Office Administration and logistics and all financial matters of Location office etc for Project is my Responsibility. Before that i was working as Finance Office in Rajanpur, Punjab from July 2011 to May 2013, before that i was perform my duties as Assistant Admin and Finance Officer in Rajanpur Office from November 2010 to June 2011 during this time i was responsible for Financial as well as Administration work of Location office./p

My major job descriptions at IRC-Pakistan Reading Project in Haripur is as below.
1: Managing of day to day operations including Finance, HR, Admin, Supply Chain and Security of in field office.
2: Support/oversee logistics arrangements for project activities.
3: Make the cash payments to beneficiaries or training participants as and when required.
4: Liaison with Administration, HR, IT and Security departments.
5: Prepare monthly advance reconciliations for field office and share it with District Manager monthly.
6: Preparing Monthly cash/funds forecasting for Field office.
7: Work as custodian of district office inventory and makes ensure safety of assets.
8: Support DPM in coordinating with staff for monthly time sheets.
9: Assist Program department and staff in the implementation of administrative systems and procedures in their
