From last 4 years I have been working in the field of digital marketing and currently working as an Executive assistant to CEO Director in a garments manufacturing and exporting company called Image Garment Pvt. Ltd and heading one of their online project thats countrys one of the leading e-commerce elo.com.pk. In this regard I am assisting the Worthy CEO for all sort of internal and external activities. Playing a very supportive yet essential role for smooth daily activities of all the higher-ups and keeping it easy for them to plan and implement all their doings. My daily working includes scheduling meetings, receiving calls, drafting and replying to official emails, arranging travel plans and most importantly bridging between higher management and all internal external individuals. Moreover, I have a solid professional experience of working in various industries on managerial roles that include administrative, sales and marketing skills.
Perusing my educational career, I have availed this great opportunity of completing my Masters degree in International Business Administration with specialization in Marketing from Germany and being a German graduate, I have a strong impact of German culture and values which I consider as an essential asset of my life. I have spent around two and half years in Germany and worked in various organizations as a Student Worker, Intern and Marketing Researcher. The names of my employers include Unilever, MannHummel GmbH and Daimler, that experience has given me a chance to manage work under server pressure of targets, meeting the deadlines and resisting unwanted situations that might erupt anytime and made me an individual with multitasking and result generating attitude.
I have been working in Image Garments from past 1.5 years and am very well aware about all the technical and result generated marketing techniques of efficient working with Executive class, meeting the deadlines, handle the pressure situation and strong bilateral communication within and outside the organization. Apart from assisting top management I have been assigned an additional task of working as Manager Retail Online where I am creating marketing campaign in form of adverts for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Google YouTube) to sending push notification, SMS marketing and making an attractive interest developing newsletters I know how to keep my audience aware about the brand and keep them engaged by targeting the right group with right interest. I have worked with the graphic creation team to make attractive posts and stories for the company.
Being a student and worker in an international environment in my early career days, I am very comfortable in working with challenging environment and accept people of all races and enjoy learning opportunities come along. I am confident that I will play a vital role for UN through positive approach for this role.. I have developed my strong administrative skills, through different tasks which requested a keen eye for detail and quick decision making within defined limitations. • Making cost effective adverts for our e-commerce platform on Facebook & Instagram and observing results by following customer trends.
• Working with graphic team to come up with most result generating ideas for Facebook (keenly following all Facebook Advert guidelines for max. reach).
• Controlling entire store on Shopify with all its backend tools, text, Images, Product categories & graphics for keeping it more interesting for the visitors.
• Heading customer services team by using the softwares like Yotpo & Zendesk against queries through Facebook, Instagram, live chat, offline support, Q&As and Reviews, with efficiency & accuracy for max. customer satisfaction.
• Heading Customer Servies Team as additional charge to stay responsive towards all the comments of our Facebook (1.1 M) & Instagram (10K) pages.
• Assisting Director Purchase in vendor management and negotiation on maturing supplier deals and planning on dead stock management with Slow & Fast Moving Inventory against the sales numbers.
