Responsible for managing a £200,000 budget project of a new business start-up, with defined strategies of achieving the project scheduled goals. With business development plan for the next five years, effectively produced a business growth oriented marketing and sales plan, along with formal reports of budgeted sales and expenses. Also, constantly reviewed customer reactions and feedbacks towards the offered products and then accordingly suggested ways to improve the processes and customer service levels. After the recentimplementation of the new ‘text-to-order’ service, the customer service level was measured to increase from 83% to 97%. Through implementation of customer loyalty scheme, the strategy ensured that the new customers will grow into a loyal customer base, alongside the strategy boosted the marketing campaign of the business.
Responsible for organizing, managing and recruiting the volunteers and event staff as to ensure the smooth running of the events, while at the same time ensure highest standards of both food and service are maintained at all times.
