❖ Acting as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.

❖ Handling complete Recruitment life cycle and executing talent sourcing through various channels.
❖ Formulating relevant HR letters/documents/certificates in consultation with the management.
❖ Documentation of new employees, performing their orientations, maintaining HR records etc.
❖ Planning and executing talent acquisition in consultation with the respective managers.
❖ Performing Organizational Development tasks in consultation with higher management.
❖ Coordinating in smooth execution of annual performance appraisals.
❖ Handling employee grievances and performing necessary actions.
❖ Attending job fairs, recruiting events and open houses.
❖ Planning, executing and managing training programs.
❖ Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
❖ Assisting in finalizing monthly payroll.

❖ Meetings with senior management & clients to ensure recruitment & selection of best candidates.
❖ Persevering management information systems (MIS) records for candidates screened & shortlisted.
