Manage walk-in customers at Jazz Experience Centre for customer care activities.
Provide exceptional commercial experience to enhance sales.
Managing CRM and other portals for selling company products and resolving customer issues while maintaining prescribed KPIs.
Guide the customer according to company policies & procedures.
Promote JAZZ products to existing customers, and signing new customers in on our network.

• Conduct recruitment Drive/Job fairs in Universities & participates as Employer Branding to attract new Talent.
• Designing and maintain Resume data-bank for future need.
• Conduct Exit interviews on employee’s Resignation/Termination.
• Conduct Training according to the training schedule in the lite of Performance Management system.
• Evaluate the performance appraisal of all departments with Manager HR & Respective HOD’s and generate performance sheet.
• Prepare Daily HR progress report & Drafting the HR Report, HR Letter’s & Applications when required.
• Contributing and Develop HR policies & Strategy implementation.
• Coordinate career development, succession planning and talent management needs in partnership with Management.
