Role 1.

Managing order planning in coordination with the Customer (Abudawood Pakistan) on daily basis to fulfill the demand.
Appropriately plan and Allocate orders to prevent inventory Cuts.
Coordination with the Plant and Import team regarding the production status to schedule the shipments within the aligned lead time.
Analyzing the Inventory to maintain the Minimum Days of Coverage as per aligned Brand wise Shipment.
Coordination with the Brand Managers in order to see how maximum can Inventory be available in the aligned lead time, and distribute the available inventory accordingly

Role 2.

Receive and analyze the customer complaints regarding the shipments sent towards the locations in terms of Damages, shorts shipments, excess shipments, etc.
Perform reverse logistics to determine the actual point of error including End to End supply chain tool.
Maintain overall ownership of client’s issue and service, ensuring that they receive resolution within a committed SLA.

• Responsible for supporting more than 480 retail Stores in USA within our internal facilities.
• Organize daily scheduled tasks and get them done under cut off time.
• Coordinating with Third Party Logistics in correspondence with the shipping deliveries within time limits, and errors occurs as missing items, wrong deliveries.
• Evaluating the vendors, negotiates contracts and formulating reports as per orders and cost.
• Measuring and analyzing the inventory levels and ensure the availability of merchandise at the stores.
• Update and Analyze Sales and Purchase Reports and its fluctuation effect to inventory and process issue that occurs within the department, and get these done on priorities.
• Determining the quantities of stock and inventory required and ensuring replenishment in respect of the policies to accomplish the demands.
• Supervise the virtual audit of inventory for all location separately on Daily basis.
• Supervise the Reconciliation process of all the inventory handling receiving tasks, over dues, and get backlogs cleared.
• Coordinate ERP Developers for the implementation of ERP Software Microsoft Dynamics

• Receiving of Rejects & Returns Couriers (TCS, LCS, AIG Express)
• Recording of Rejects and Returns
• Maintaining Spread Sheets of Rejects & Returns
• Generating Gate Passes brand wise
• Transferring of items to Supplier and Inventory
• Placing & Location of Items in Inventory
• Moving Locations of Items for Inventory
• Managing Seller Center Returns & Rejects
• Coordination with CS Team, QC Team, Inventory Team, Issue Resolution, & Vendor Managers
• Clearing the Backlogs and Maintain Sheet for KPIs
• ERP Implementation and Training

• Daily Execution of QC for the Shipments
