Job Responsibilities:
• Control and monitor daily activities of the Warehouse staff.
• Managed all issues of inventory (Cycle count, Entrance data, Cross checking through various channels etc.)
• Perform all operations activities
• Responsible all Warehouse parts
• Ensure that the stock accuracy report is physically matched with the system.
• Coordinate with EID team to ensure the report is provide and the target is accurate.
• Control the project cost based compare to project daily activities.
• Responsible to Finalize Projects Billing Invoices and Billing Documents on Fortnight basis.
• Responsible for the audits and visits of client
• Responsible to Align Transportation for the deliveries on Sites.
• Direct Data Entry team to provide Blind Count Sheet, Good Receiving Note, Pick Sheet, Packing List and ensure system inventory is updated within the agreed time line.
• Supervision of Warehouse activities to ensure timely completion of self-target

Job Responsibilities:
 Collect the stock report from store and preparation of Monthly Schedules of department
 Overall inventory control on data base program.
 Preparations of daily SRR and SIR, Gate pass in CIS software and ERP System.
 Vendor detail and update receiving report
 Preparations of shortage reports
 Preparations of Monthly issuance and receiving reports.
 Daily follow up of Parts
 Preparation of Critical Parts report and follow up on daily basis.
 Maintain the daily production summary report.
 Maintain daily all the Critical problem in the department
 Daily stock reports to manager and director.
