Business Analyst:
Interacts with the business to gather, understand and document business needs and requirements on projects
Documents project scope including conceptual design, business and quality requirements
Map business processes and propose recommendations. Develop functional specifications and system design specifications.
Works with architects and business partners to identify technical solutions and business process improvements that are in line with IT and business strategy.
Solution the client requirements balancing the value proposition and scope.
Lead the team, guide individual members and report on a daily basis on progress.
Software Project Manager:
Document from scratch to all processes, Workflows, Flow Charts, KPIs, Dashboards, Features and mockup design from scratch according to the requirements.
Manage project end-to-end from planning to closure using project management best practices and templates.
Responsible for overall project deliverable - scoping, project planning, requirements document, proposals and other requisite documents
Manage vendor activities and coordinate with multiple internal and external teams to supervise project delivery
Identify, track, manage and mitigate project risks/issues
Manage scope and follow change management process
Provide regular updates to assigned Program Management team and clients on the status of multiple projects
Ensure quality and accuracy of approach and track projects so that they are delivered on time and in budget
Evaluation of vendor with respect to the suitability of the application for business process, evaluation of Vendor Quality Systems and approval.
Manage IT BPE Projects, stakeholders, business requirements, validations and budget as required.
Knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL Server 2008/2012, Oracle form/reports 6i/10g,Oracle databases 10g/11g/12C, Oracle apex 5, Bootstrap, HTML5, Css, angulae, JavaScript, JQuery, DOM, XML and DHTML.
Serve as a liaison between end users and software development / testing teams
Identify stakeholders and arrange workshops with them to elicit requirements
Review client’s operational procedures and methods; define and analyze business activities; identify best practices; and recommend improvements.
Analyze the requirements in order to identify gaps.
Develop design documents including requirement and functional specifications
Design Wire frames / NFP’s to demonstrate application workflows.
Develop and maintain project schedules and produce project reports / documentation.
Perform impact analysis for changing business requirements.
Develop / present product demos to give look and feel to the client
